Very professional, polite, and accommodating. John came out for the estimate and was very fair and reasonable for an architectural window that had cracked and needed to be replaced. Overall great experience using the Window Source. Price for the windows we replaced was reasonable and not crazy expensive like a lot of the big name brands (although the windows are cheaper, they do not seem cheap, they are very very nice!) Both Donna and John the owners are very upfront and honest people, which we LOVED. John himself came and quoted our windows. It’s not often that the actual owner comes out and talks to you about your specific job+house. I talked to Donna on the phone several times about the windows, and she answered all the questions I had, and again was very upfront and honest with me which we LOVED. Overall, we felt very comfortable using their company after talking to them.
